Both indoor and outdoor board amenities include;

-BRAND NEW** DUST FREE ARENA FOOTING
-access to all barn amenities ( wash stall hot/cold, heated tack rooms, 2 bathrooms/1 shower , large heated viewing rooms.
-106 acres or property to ride with trails and river access
-outdoor sand ring ( no fencing)
Outdoor $400 +HST

Home grown hay ( Timothy/alpha)
Fresh water daily
All weather paddock access from inside the barn .
Large run in sheds and multiple field access for grazing
Access to salt/mineral blocks
Vitamin supplement provided OR will feed up to 2x daily (provided by owner).
Indoor $625+HST
Includes
Nice large box stalls with large opening windows. (Sizes all ranges)
Turn out EARLY-Turn in LATE ( long turn out hours )

Feeding 2 x daily
UNLIMITED HAY **
Daily hoof picking and a health record kept for each horse.
